High intensity pigment delivers rich color pay-off in four fabulous shades. Create precise thin lines and dramatic thick lines in one even stroke. Quick drying, smudge-proof and water resistant formula provides long lasting wear while soft flexible fine tip brush ensures even and playful lining.
HOW TO USE :
Apply eyeliner at the base of upper lashes. For a fine line, apply to eye lid using the point of the tip. For a thicker line hold Line Art at an angle and apply to eye lid. For best results keep product stored upright with cap facing down and keep cap tightly closed to avoid pen from drying out.
